Why We Started ProCred
ProCred started with a simple frustration: companies need an easier way to know their workforce is qualified, compliant, and ready to work. Too often, credential tracking depends on scattered spreadsheets, paper files, manual follow-up, and last-minute checks that cost time and create unnecessary risk.
We’ve seen how much pressure this creates for both employers and workers. Certifications expire. Paperwork gets buried. Verification takes time. And skilled professionals who are ready to work can still be delayed by systems that are too fragmented and outdated.
With backgrounds in operations, workforce leadership, and the skilled trades, we founded ProCred to make credential management clearer, faster, and more reliable.
Our goal is to build a trusted platform that gives companies peace of mind while respecting the time, experience, and dedication of skilled workers.
What We Stand For
We believe in integrity, transparency, and a genuine respect for the hardworking people who build our world, on the jobsite and beyond. How we treat our team is a direct reflection of what we stand for.
Collaboration, respect, and growth are at the heart of our workplace culture. We hold space for people to thrive, because we know that when people feel supported in the ways they need, they bring their best selves - that is what connects us and makes ProCred strong.
