Why We Started ProCred
We’ve seen firsthand how credentialing delays and compliance red tape hold people back. In our own families and communities, skilled professionals have missed job opportunities, lost income, and faced unnecessary stress—all because the system designed to help them wasn’t working.
That frustration sparked an idea. With decades of combined experience in leadership, operations, and workforce support, we knew there had to be a better way. We founded ProCred to create a trusted SaaS platform that empowers professionals to advance their careers and helps organizations simplify hiring and compliance.
At ProCred, our passion is simple: to build tools that respect the time, talent, and dedication of workers while giving businesses the confidence they need in their teams.
What We Stand For
We believe in integrity, transparency, and a genuine respect for the hardworking people who build our world, on the jobsite and beyond. How we treat our team is a direct reflection of what we stand for.
Collaboration, respect, and growth are at the heart of our workplace culture. We hold space for people to thrive, because we know that when people feel supported in the ways they need, they bring their best selves - that is what connects us and makes ProCred strong.
